Case study

Task IQ

Problem

No focused solution existed for turning meeting discussions into actionable tasks. simply, automatically, and without the clutter of traditional project management platforms.

Solution

To build a simple MVP web app that extracts tasks from meeting transcripts using AI, assigns them to participants, and sends email notifications, without adding project management complexity.

Overview

This project focused on building an MVP for Task IQ, an Automated Meeting-to-Task Web Application. It allows users to upload meeting transcripts and participant emails, extract tasks and deadlines using AI, assign them, and notify participants via email.

How we delivered

Our delivery rhythm stays consistent across products: discovery and scope alignment, design and technical planning in parallel, iterative build with demos your stakeholders can react to, and a launch checklist that covers performance, accessibility, monitoring, and handoff documentation. We prefer incremental releases over big-bang launches whenever the business can validate earlier.

Design and engineering stay paired throughout implementation so interface details, API contracts, and edge cases are resolved together. That pairing reduces rework and keeps the shipped product faithful to the intent agreed in discovery.

After go-live we can stay on for enhancements, operational support, or a clean handoff to your in-house team — whichever match your capacity and roadmap. The goal is always the same: software that keeps working when real users, real data, and real edge cases show up.

Every launch includes a short runbook for your team: how deployments work, where to watch errors, and who to contact when something unexpected appears in production. That handoff is part of the product, not an optional extra.

We also capture the open questions that did not make the first release so your backlog reflects reality instead of wishful thinking.
