Questions, answered

Frequently asked questions.

01

Do you hire remotely?

Yes. We are remote-friendly and care more about the quality of your work than where your desk is. Some collaboration happens in overlapping time zones, and we will be clear about that for each role.

02

What does the hiring process look like?

A short intro conversation, a practical work sample or walkthrough of past work, and a deeper chat with the people you would actually work with. No puzzle gauntlets, no surprise panel of twelve.

03

What if I do not see a matching role?

Send us your best work anyway. Great people rarely fit a dropdown. Tell us what you want to build and how you like to work - we will reply if there is a fit now or later.

04

Do you hire juniors or only seniors?

We hire for ownership and judgment more than years on a resume. Strong juniors with clear thinking and craft can thrive here; we will say so when a role is better suited to more experience.

05

Are roles full-time, contract, or both?

Most seats are full-time or long-term collaborative roles. If a contract or project-based fit is better, we will say so clearly in the role description.

06

What is the working culture like?

Low ego, high standards, and direct communication. We prefer demos over decks, written clarity over status theater, and people who finish the work they start.

07

Do you help with equipment and tools?

Yes. We make sure you have what you need to do the job well - a capable machine, the right software, and access to the systems the team actually uses.

08

How do overlapping time zones work?

We keep a shared window for pairing, reviews, and standups, then protect deep-work time. Exact overlap depends on the role and will be spelled out before you join.
