If timing is fixed — a launch event, a funding milestone, a contract date — say so. We will respond with clarifying questions and a recommended next step, usually a short discovery call or a scoped kickoff.

Typical engagements begin with a focused milestone: align on users and success metrics, shape the first release, then move into collaborative build with regular demos and clear ownership. You keep the intellectual property, repositories, and documentation; we stay available through launch and, when useful, as an ongoing partner.

We are based in a remote-friendly workflow and used to partnering across time zones. What matters most is overlap for decisions and a shared channel where questions get answered quickly — not where everyone sits.
